    By using your retail account, downloading information from this website, or by using information provided directly by ChicPlay, you represent that you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. This includes, but is not limited to use of ChicPlay images and proper representation of ChicPlay products and pricing. If you choose to download and use any photography owned by ChicPlay you must discontinue use of the photos immediately when products have been discontinued or sold out. You will sell our product with pride and will not sell our product at an auction (online or in-person) or at a continuous discounted rate.
